Meet and greet at hotel lobby and transfer to Air Base. On the path leading to this legendary mountain, this flight takes you over the renowned Borneo rainforest and the endless mountain range known as the Crocker Range. Mt Kinabalu, at 4,101 metres, is the highest mountain in South-East Asia and the highest point of this range. It is a sight to behold as the flight approaches this majestic mountain mass, housing a rich and rare collection of plant and animal life not to be found elsewhere in the world. The flight back takes you over vast tracks of padi fields where buffaloes and kampung houses built on stilts are clearly visible.
