Hello Ms Siti, my wife and I have just returned to Australia from our overseas holiday and we would like to thank your company for the excellent service it provided for our tour on 7th July. In particular, we would like to praise our driver and guide, Mr Faliq, who we found to be very polite, helpful, and knowledgable of all the locations he took us to. He made the tour very enjoyable for us and we would be very happy to recommend him to anybody else as their driver and guide.

We were very pleased with Mr. Faizal. He was professional and courteous, and we learned from him about Malaysia much more than what we could from a book or the internet. His English was excellent and personality a perfect fit for this job.

We also liked the car very much. Leather seating with plenty of room for the whole family contributed to our comfort and pleasure.

We told Mr. Faizal that making a small Wifi zone inside the car by broadcasting internet from his smartphone would be icing on the cake and delight many travelers who need to stay connected during vacation. Another possible improvement would be to have bottled water inside the car.

Overall an A+ for Mr. Faizal. Thank you!
